Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lettera (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you are expected to have your parent or legal guardian's consent.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree to follow these rules:
- No cheating, bots, client modification, or any other means of disrupting fair play.
- No abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful content; no inappropriate display name or avatar.
- Do not share other users' private information.
- Do not attempt to damage the App's infrastructure or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the App for purposes that violate applicable law.
4. Virtual Coins & In-App Purchases
- The coins used in the App are a digital feature only and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred to other platforms.
- Coin packs are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play; payment, billing, and refunds are governed by those platforms' rules.
- Under Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised once delivery of digital content has begun. This is confirmed by you at the time of purchase.
- If an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, any coin balance is forfeited and not refunded.
5. Advertising
The App displays banner and rewarded ads served via Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads is optional; coins granted in return are usable only within the App. Responsibility for ad content lies with the ad network.
6. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the App; your data will be deleted within the time frames stated in the Privacy Policy.
- On termination, all digital assets including purchased coins become unusable.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App — including source code, content, trademarks, logos, and graphics — belong to the service provider or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (e.g. Apple, Google, Firebase). We do not warrant the continuity, accuracy, or quality of those services; the respective providers' own terms apply.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice or email. Continuing to use the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled by the Karabük Courts and Enforcement Offices. Your rights as a consumer to bring claims or complaints under applicable consumer-protection law are preserved.
