Account & Data Deletion — Lettera

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for the mobile game Lettera (Google Play package com.smartwordgame.app), published by Alice Cooper.

You can delete your Lettera account and all associated personal data at any time. Under KVKK Article 7 (Turkey's data protection law), deletion requests are honoured within 30 days for primary systems and 90 days for backups.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Fastest path — works while the app is installed on your device.

• Open the Profile tab from the bottom bar.
• Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top-right.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm in the dialog. You will be signed out automatically and your data is flagged for deletion.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app (e.g. you lost your device), send a deletion request from the email address you signed up with:

3. Data we will delete

The following data is permanently removed on request:

• Account info (email, display name, profile picture, avatar).
• Gameplay data (match history, scores, XP, level, virtual-coin balance).
• Achievements and daily-reward records.
• Device identifier and push-notification token.
• Friends list and invite records.

4. Data we may retain

Some data may continue to be retained where applicable law requires it:

• In-app purchase records (5 years under Turkish tax law).
• Data subject to a legal or administrative claim (for the duration of the claim).

5. Timeline

• Removal from primary systems: within 30 days.
• Removal from backups: within 90 days.
• You receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
